Tudor Black Bay Sailcloth Deployant Strap — Red

Red is the contrast colourway. It does not blend. It does not disappear. It sits against the Black Bay's dark dial and steel case and announces itself. On a BB58 with black bezel and gilt indices, the red creates a colour tension that makes the watch look deliberate rather than default. On the Black Bay GMT with the blue and burgundy Pepsi bezel, the red picks up the burgundy half and amplifies it. On the Black Bay Chrono with red accents on the subdials, it connects strap to dial in a way that no other colourway can.

This is the strap for the Tudor owner who already has black and wants something with intent. Not a safe choice. Not a neutral choice. A considered one.

FKM rubber with a sailcloth-embossed texture on the top surface and a brushed stainless steel deployant clasp pre-fitted. It looks like woven fabric but performs like rubber. Fully waterproof, sweat-resistant, UV-stable, and comfortable from first wear. The red holds its colour. FKM does not fade in UV the way dyed leather or standard rubber does. The red you fit today is the red you have in twelve months.

The deployant clasp folds shut in one motion. Once sized, the watch goes on and comes off with a single click. No threading. No fumbling. The clasp distributes pressure evenly across the wrist and protects the strap from the daily stress that pin buckles cause at the hole point.

Complementary clasp engraving available. Up to three characters, laser engraved into the stainless steel for a permanent, precise finish.

This strap does not fit: The Pelagos 39 uses 21mm, which is not available in this strap. The original Black Bay Bronze (ref. M79250) uses a non-standard 23mm lug width and is not compatible. The BB58 Bronze (ref. 79012) uses 20mm and fits.

Important: Tudor has introduced 21mm lug width on selected newer Black Bay 41 METAS-certified references (2025 onward). The standard BB41 (ref. 79680, 79683) remains 22mm. If you own a 2025 or later BB41, measure between the inner edges of both lugs to confirm whether your watch is 21mm or 22mm before ordering.
