Yes – all of our leather straps are designed to be replaced. A large part of our collection features quick-release spring bars, which make strap changes fast, simple, and completely tool-free.

Yes – we offer a 14-day return policy for unused straps in original condition.

Exotic leathers such as alligator, crocodile, lizard, stingray, and certain snakeskins are subject to CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) regulations. These rules govern how exotic leathers can be traded across borders to ensure species conservation and sustainable use.

At MGBWatches, we comply fully with CITES and national import/export laws. This means:

• We can sell and ship exotic leather straps within the UK and to many international destinations, but some countries restrict or prohibit the import of CITES-listed leathers without permits.
