Our goal is to ensure you feel supported every step of the way. Below, you’ll find all the details you need to make a return or exchange, guided by UK e-commerce trading laws. Please note that personalised or engraved items are custom-made and cannot be returned, though any craftsmanship issues will be resolved promptly and fairly.
Easy Returns Process
At MGB Watches, we aim to make your return process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Here’s how it works:
Initiate a Return or Exchange Within 14 Days (UK)
To start a return, visit our Returns Portal at d94e37.loopreturns.com , enter your order number and shipping post/zip code. Follow the steps to arrange your returns label.

Prepare Your Return
• Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and manuals/paperwork.
• Ensure the product is in its original condition and hasn’t been worn or used beyond trying it on.
Return Postage
United Kingdom
A flat return postage fee of £4.95 applies to all UK returns. This fee will be displayed in the returns portal and deducted from your original transaction amount.
International
For any international return, please email us at [email protected] to initiate your return. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable taxes and duties.
If your return is sent without taxes and duties paid, please note that it may be held by customs for an extended period until we receive the required charges. These fees will appear in your returns portal and will be deducted from your original refund amount.
To avoid delays, we strongly recommend sending all international returns with duties and taxes prepaid to our warehouse.
Refund Details
Processing Time
Once your return request is submitted, it may take up to 72 hours for review by our warehouse team. After your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. We are working as quickly as possible in the background, but we are a small team so your patience is appreciated.
Restocking Fee
If you cancel an order before it’s dispatched, a 3.1% restocking fee will apply. This fee may also be applied if the returned item shows signs of use or value depreciation. This restocking fee does not apply when you exercise your statutory right to cancel an order for non-personalised goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Refund Method
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. If you paid via credit card, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Discounts and Bundles
If you purchased goods as part of a bundle, multi-buy, or promotional discount, any return of part of the order will invalidate the discount. In such cases, the items retained will be recalculated at their full individual price, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Example: If two straps are purchased together for £100 under a 20% bundle discount (reducing each strap from £60 to £50), and one strap is returned, the retained strap will be recharged at its full retail price of £60. The refund due will therefore be £40.
Friendly Reminders & Right to Refuse
Condition of Return
To qualify for a refund, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Items that show signs of wear or damage may incur a deduction or refund refusal.
If you have purchased a Swatch x Omega MoonSwatch, please do not remove the plastic screen protector from the watch face unless you intend to keep the watch. If this essential component is missing, this may affect your eligibility for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Personalised, pre-ordered or bespoke straps and special orders are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described, in line with UK consumer law. These items are considered final sale.
Personalised Straps, Bespoke & Pre-orders
Certain straps available on MGBWATCHES.COM can be personalised or custom-made to your specifications (for example, through engraving, embossing, or bespoke sizing).
Because these straps are made uniquely for you, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
This means that personalised straps cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
We will always ensure that your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain protected. If your personalised strap arrives with a defect or does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days at [email protected], and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
To help you make an informed purchase, all personalised products are clearly marked on their product pages and during checkout.
Specific Points for Different Products
• Watches: All protective film, tags, and packaging must be intact.
• Straps: Straps should not show any signs of wear and should be returned in their original packaging.
• Accessories: All accessories must be in their original condition with no signs of use.
All returns are inspected by our quality control team. If there is any sign of wear or damage beyond reasonable handling, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
