Product Description
The Seamaster 300 is where the story starts. Launched in 1957 as Omega's first purpose-built professional diver, it formed part of the original professional trilogy alongside the Speedmaster and Railmaster. Over 60 years on, the modern reissue keeps the bones of that original intact: the bold Arabic numerals, the triangular hour markers, the iconic lollipop seconds hand, the black bezel. It's a vintage-inspired watch with no pretence about what it is.
A brown alligator-embossed leather strap works particularly well here. The warm brown against the black dial and aged lume tones pulls out the watch's vintage character without forcing it. It softens the tool watch aesthetic just enough to make the Seamaster 300 feel as at home off the water as on it, which is exactly what the collector who buys this watch tends to want.
This strap is cut from high-grade leather with an alligator-emboss finish. It's supple from the first wear and develops character naturally with use, softening over time without losing structure or shape. On a 41mm case worn daily, that consistency matters.
The brushed stainless steel deployant clasp sits cleanly against the steel case hardware and creates an unbroken profile around the wrist. It reduces fold wear on the leather compared to a tang buckle and makes one-handed removal straightforward, which collectors rotating between straps will appreciate.
Quick-release spring bars come fitted as standard. No tools required.
Cut at 21mm to fit the Seamaster 300 (41mm), with 19mm, 20mm and 22mm available for other watches in your collection.
