Which Black Bay strap do you need?

The right replacement strap starts with your model. The Black Bay 58 (39mm case, ref. 79030/79010) takes a 20mm strap, as does the Black Bay 54, Black Bay Pro and Black Bay 58 GMT. The Black Bay 41, Black Bay GMT 41mm and Black Bay Chrono all take a 22mm strap. These two lug width groups share the same product range within their size — a 20mm rubber strap designed for the BB58 fits the Pro and the 54 equally well.

For the Black Bay 58, start with the curved-end FKM rubber strap if you want the closest thing to a custom OEM fit — the curved lugs eliminate the gap between strap and case for a seamless profile. For the GMT and Chrono, straight-end straps in leather or sailcloth FKM rubber with a deployant clasp give the larger case a cleaner, more refined look.

How do I remove the original Tudor bracelet?

Most Black Bay models leave the factory on a steel bracelet. Before fitting a strap you will need to remove it. A standard spring bar tool is not the right tool — Tudor bracelets use shouldered spring bars that need even pressure on both ends simultaneously. Our bracelet removal tool is designed specifically for this job. The adjustable jaws give you a clean, scratch-free release. The replacement strap then fits in under a minute with a standard spring bar tool, or no tool at all if the strap has quick-release spring bars pre-fitted.

What size strap fits a Tudor Black Bay GMT?

The Tudor Black Bay GMT 41mm takes a 22mm strap. This also applies to the Black Bay Chrono and Black Bay 41.

What size strap fits a Tudor Black Bay Pro?

What is the best strap for the Tudor Black Bay 58?

FKM curved rubber for daily wear and active use — it follows the BB58's case shape for a seamless fit. Brown calfskin or suede leather for a more refined look that suits the vintage-inspired dial and snowflake hands. NATO or fabric for lightweight, breathable wear that references Tudor's military heritage,

What is the best strap for the Tudor Black Bay GMT?

Sailcloth FKM rubber with a deployant clasp for a structured, sport-refined look. Alligator-embossed leather to dress it up without competing with the pepsi or blue bezel. The 22mm lug width gives the GMT a larger canvas for bolder strap choices.

Can I use the same strap on different Black Bay models?

Within the same lug width, yes. Any 20mm strap in this collection fits the Black Bay 58, Black Bay 54, Black Bay Pro and Black Bay 58 GMT interchangeably. Any 22mm strap fits the Black Bay 41, Black Bay GMT 41mm and Black Bay Chrono. Curved-end straps are model-specific — always check the product listing.

Do your straps come with spring bars?

Yes. Every strap comes with quick-release spring bars already fitted.

Are aftermarket Black Bay straps worth buying?

Tudor's own rubber strap retails above £150. A premium FKM rubber aftermarket replacement uses the same material class at a fraction of that price. The difference is branding, not performance. Every strap in this collection is selected for fit, material quality and hardware finish.

Can I return my strap?

Yes — we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days if your strap is unused and in original condition. View our refund policy here
