About the Blaue Acht

The Blaue Acht is the loudest of the eight. The name says blue, the case is electric lime green, and the bezel and dial are light blue. It is the one that photographs badly and looks better in the metal, and the one where the bracelet colour changes the whole watch.

Choosing your colour

• Black. Anchors the lime and light blue with a serious base. The safest of the six.
• Midnight Blue. Deepens the watch's own blue and carries it down the wrist.
• Dark Green. Runs the lime into a deeper green under the blue dial.
• Light Green. Near-tonal with the case, for a bright all-green silhouette.
• White. Clean and neutral, letting the lime and blue read at full brightness.
• Light Pink. A full clash of pink, lime and light blue. The loudest option on the loudest watch.

Sizing

The bracelet fits wrists from 14cm to 23cm, so it covers most wrists without anything ordered separately. Links are removed to size it, and the tool to do that is in the box. Measure your wrist with a tape measure first, size down gradually, and keep the links you take out.

Fitment

The Blaue Acht is a Lépine, with the crown at twelve o'clock. The wrist case is machined to seat that head upright, and every colour ships configured for that orientation. A Savonnette head, meaning the Lan Ba or the OTG Roz, will not seat correctly in this case.

Fitting and removal

The case clips the watch head in and releases it again. The conversion takes seconds in both directions, and the Royal Pop returns to its pocket form whenever you want it to.
