The Ranger's field-watch character gives it more strap versatility than any other watch in the Black Bay family. The absence of a rotating bezel, the Arabic numeral dial, and the clean case shape mean it absorbs leather, rubber, fabric and nylon equally well. The 39mm black dial (M79930-0001) suits cooler, more graphic pairings — navy nylon, dark rubber, olive fabric. The 39mm beige dial (M79950-0008) has the warm cream character that makes tan and brown leather feel directly referenced rather than generic. The 36mm beige dial (M79930-0007) carries the same field-watch versatility at 19mm.
