Pre-Order Acceptance and Payment: 

To streamline the ordering process and ensure timely fulfilment of all orders, we frequently utilise a pre-order model for our new launches. This approach not only facilitates ease of shopping but also enables us to prioritise orders based on the time of placement, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.

  1. Place an order for a pre-order product 
  2. Payment will be taken in full 
  3. MGB watches will acquire your item
  4. The item will then be shipped (Please see shipping details relevant to your country at checkout for further details)

Estimated Delivery Date: 

All UK orders will be shipped next day

All international orders will be shipped and delivered 2-7 day (Please see checkout for delivery SLA for your country)

Cancellation Policy: 

Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time

Refund Policy:

Please see returns policy, there are no specific returns T&C’s related to pre-orders
