  • Order Monday - Friday before 16:00 for delivery next day
  • Order Saturday before 16:00 for delivery on Monday
  • Order Sunday before 16:00 for delivery on Tuesday

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery time and tracking information.

For international shipping our items are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). We are not responsible for paying import duties or taxes in the destination of delivery. You will have to handle the customs formalities in your country and are responsible for paying any unpaid duty tax. 

6. Delivery Addresses

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier issues, and public holidays may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such situations.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support team within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution. All items are sent Tracked, Insured and Signed for. Proof of delivery will be available for all parcels.

If you have made a purchase but wish to change your delivery address please contact a member of the team within 4 hour of placing the order to update us with any changes. We will require this request in writing in order to update the delivery address on your account
