Every one of our personalised straps goes through several hands before it reaches you — from the initial preparation of the leather through to the final engraving or embossing. Because this process is done by a skilled team rather than a production line, we cap the number of made-to-order slots we open each day. Once engraving or embossing shows as unavailable, it simply means we’ve reached that day’s limit. Our team works hard, but we won’t rush a personalised piece just to squeeze in extra orders. The slot system ensures each strap gets the care, consistency, and detail you expect from us. If the service isn’t available right now, new slots will open again tomorrow, and you’re warmly welcome to try again then.

Will the Gold/Silver foil wear off over time?

Our foil embossing is applied with a deep, precise stamp to ensure durability. Because the tip of the strap is a high-touch area that’s fastened daily, some natural softening or fading of the foil may occur over time. Rather than detracting from the look, this ages beautifully and develops a patina that works in harmony with the strap. For a finish that stays completely subtle, you can also choose blind embossing, which is pressed directly into the leather without foil.

Are the engraved buckles only for rubber straps?

Yes, they are designed primarily for our rubber strap range, ensuring a perfect fit and secure finish.

Can I choose the font for the engraving or monogram?
