Where does my Royal Pop come from?
Our team sources stock directly from authorised Swatch boutiques, predominantly UK stores, with some acquired from international boutiques. The Royal Pop was limited to one watch per person, per store, per day, so we build our stock the honest way: by turning up. The watch you receive is brand new and unworn, direct from the Swatch boutique.

All MGB photography is done in-house, and every website photo is of the actual product. If you would like to see photographs of the specific watch you will receive before it ships, just ask. Email us with your order number and we will send images of your exact watch. What you see is what arrives.
Should my warranty card be stamped?
Busy stores often do not stamp warranty cards due to high footfall, but in our expereince most of them do. The absence of a stamp does not affect your manufacturer warranty, as the original purchase receipt provides full coverage.
- MGB is happy to provide the original Swatch purchase receipt with your watch. By default these sit filed with our accountants. However we can send the receipt if you would like it.
- If you would specifically like the original Swatch purchase receipt, email us with your order number and we will be happy to provide it.
