Tudor Black Bay Tweed Fabric Strap

The Tudor Black Bay takes a 20mm strap on the BB58, BB54, BB Pro and Ranger, and a 22mm on the BB41, BB GMT and BB Chrono. This tweed fabric strap is available in three colourways: navy/white, brown/white and black/grey.

Tweed on a dive watch is a combination that should not work and consistently does. The Black Bay's case proportions, its domed crystal, and its heritage references place it closer to a 1950s field watch than a modern sports piece, and that character absorbs a tweed strap naturally. The result is something that reads as considered rather than eccentric — the kind of pairing that Tudor's own archival imagery and its Fastrider and Ranger lines have always gestured toward without fully committing to.

The fabric is woven with the tight, herringbone-adjacent structure that defines tweed's texture and durability. It is heavier than a standard nylon strap and sits with more body on the wrist, which suits the Black Bay's own presence. It is not a summer strap. It is the strap for autumn and winter wear, for a watch that spends as much time at a table as it does in the water.

Three colourways each occupy a different position. Navy/white is the most direct pairing with the Blue BB58 — not a match but a complement, the white fleck pulling from the lume and the dial markers. Brown/white works against the black-dial references, adding warmth against the cool steel case. Black/grey is the most versatile combination, the lowest contrast, the one that works across the full range without drawing attention to itself.

A leather-lined underside keeps it comfortable against the wrist. Standard spring bars are included for fitting.
