Part of the original 1957 professional trilogy alongside the Speedmaster and Seamaster 300, it was built for engineers and scientists working around electrical fields, anti-magnetic to 1,000 gauss before that was a standard expectation. The 2025 reissue pushes that to 15,000 gauss. The heritage is serious, and the watch wears that quietly.
