Wow! OMEGA x Swatch have finally made the watch everyone has been asking for! In celebration of the summer season and the August 19, 2024, blue moon, Swatch has unveiled a stunning new Moonphase chronograph.
This limited edition watch feels like the ultimate combination of OMEGA and Swatch's finest MoonSwatches, rolled into one. It features the sought after Mission to Neptune case colour, the practical moonphase functionality of the Snoopy edition, and the classic panda colour scheme reminiscent of the 50th Anniversary Silver Snoopy Award Speedmaster.
This new MoonSwatch boasts a blue bio ceramic case, crown, and pushers, paired with a matching VELCRO® strap featuring contrasting light blue stitching and a blue Bio-ceramic loop.
The watch showcases a striking blue and silver opaline panda dial, adorned with blue hands and hour markers. Differentiating itself from the other MoonSwatch models, this edition features a blue pulsometer scale rather than a tachymeter scale. Traditionally used by medical professionals to measure heart rate, this scale adds both functionality and a unique aesthetic to this new model.
Highlighting its poetic charm, the chronograph includes a moonphase function, displaying two large blue moons against a dark blue moon phase disc at the 3 o'clock sub dial.
Under UV light, a hidden detail reveals itself on the moonphase mask and disc, along with a moon featuring various shades of blue on the reverse battery cover.
