Our goal is to ensure you feel supported every step of the way. Below, you’ll find all the details you need to make a return or exchange, guided by UK ecommerce trading laws. Easy Returns Process

At MGB Watches, we aim to make your return process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Here’s how it works:

  1. Initiate a Return/Exchange Within 14 Days:

o    Access the Main Menu: Log in to your portal using the email address associated with your order.

o    Verify Your Login: A (OTP) One Time Password will be sent to your email. Use this OTP to verify your login.

o    View Order Details: Once logged in, you can see your order details and request a refund or exchange.

o    Refund Request Review: Our team will review your refund request and either approve or decline it. Please note this process can take up to 72 hours.

o    Return Label Creation: If your request is approved, a returns label will be generated and made available in the portal for you to download.

  1. Prepare Your Return:
    • Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and manuals/paperwork.
    • Ensure the product is in its original condition and hasn’t been worn or used beyond trying it on.
  2. Return Postage:
    • United Kingdom:
    • Flat Rate for Returns: A return postage fee of £4.95 will apply to all returns. This fee will be displayed in the portal and will be deducted from the original transaction amount.
    • International:
    • Flat Rate for Returns: A return postage fee of $29.95 will apply to all returns. This fee will be displayed in the portal and will be deducted from the original transaction amount.

Refund Details

  • Processing Time: Once you raised your return request it can take up to 72 hours to be reviewed by our warehouse team. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
  • Restocking Fee: If you cancel an order before it’s dispatched, a 3.1% restocking fee will apply. Similarly, if we believe the item has been worn or depreciated in value, a 3.1% fee may also be applied.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method. If you paid via credit card, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Friendly Reminders & Right To Refuse

  • Condition of Return: To qualify for a refund, please inform us with a 14 day window, items must be in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Items that show signs of wear or damage may incur a deduction or refund refusal. If you have purchased a Swatch x Omega MoonSwatch, please do not remove the plastic screen protector from the watch face unless you intend to keep the watch. Refund requests for returns without this essential component will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Personalised items or special orders are non refundable unless faulty.

Specific Points for Different Products

  • Watches: Ensure all protective film, tags, and packaging are intact.
  • Straps: Straps should not show signs of wear and should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Accessories: All accessories should be in their original condition with no signs of use.

All returns undergo inspection, if there is any sign of wear, damage outside of trying the product on we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
